Leshta has left the prison and she took the only Gold with her. Taking into account what sort of offspring she had, the Dragon-watch didn't bother to stop her or the bluerider she took with her. However, that leaves Warden's Weyr in something of a pickle. Maybe Semith couldn't control Djith because she was weak-willed, or didn't really want to give the orders. Maybe it was her mental deficiancy. Whatever it was, Semith was defective. The Dragon-watch decided then to send another Goldrider - two of them, to be precise, an older Gold and one barely out of her second Turn. Whether or not one will be called 'Weyrwoman' is up to the two new Warden's - all in good time - but until then, there will simply be the titles of 'Goldrider'. What this means is that there are two slots open for Goldriders. It isn't a contest, first come, first serve, but there is going to be activity requirements. At least one thread a month, prepare to be yakking with me on plot things, and it isn't 'first come, first serve' if you make a WIP and dont finish it within two weeks unless there are extrenuating circumstances. Below, you will find rules and forms to fill out! Character A: Rider of older Gold, at least 10 years old. Character B: Rider of Gold barely 2 Turns, not yet having Flown for the first time.

Rules and Guidelines Character Rules
1. Goldriders must be female. That's it. ANY personality is welcome - the crazy Sues drive me crazy. 2. She must be over the age of 17. I know dragons can Impress as young as 12, but that squicks me out, and that's pretty much the only reason. Obey it anyway. 3. Character must understand she is not a Weyrwoman or Junior Weyrwoman, that is for future things to decide. 4. Rock on. Roleplaying Rules
(Note: If any of these rules are broken, or if the character is simply not working out, the Watch will 'recall' the goldrider and we'll have them send another, or maybe just have one. This is not a joke. There will be no second chances. I dislike people claiming Golds just to have them then flaking out.) 1. The character must be active. At least one thread actively posted in a month. The posts must be with this character, we're not concerned with your general activity, but with your activity with the rider. 2. In Character Actions will have consequences. M'onk will still be around to observe, and there are two very different wardens to answer to. If the character goes too far out of line, he will be recalled. Player Guidelines(Again, if you can't abide by these guidelines, the character will be called and another Warden will be sent.) 1. Flexibility! Yes, being in character is great but with a character who guides the game, the fun of everyone comes first. Do you really think Warden would have allowed a beach party? No! But it was fun, so we made it happen anyway. 2. Powertripping is bad! This is not an admin position. Any Goldrider power is solely IC and if we see it abused the character will be recalled. Any actions that might affect someone elses character (banning them from standing, for example) must be cleared with the Admins first. 3. Communication. We'll need to talk to you. Probably a lot. 4. Reliability. Does your muse tend to quit on you? Do you disappear for weeks at a time? Have you done it before? That's fine. We understand. But it's not fine for this role. We need you here, and active, and in touch with us. So, if you've shown a habit of such things in the past, or will in the future, this isn't a good role for you.

Questions!
These must be answered and put with a completed character profile. Please note, it's okay for said characters to go against current practices. Note the earlier 'flexibility' and realize we'll be in discussion with you about how to make things fun for everyone despite and because of upcoming conflicts. 1. How does your character feel about the Warden's Weyr practice of allowing squads be led by anyone who shows ability, regardless of their dragon's color and their gender? 2. What is your character's view of the criminals? 3. How does your character feel about letting criminals stand? 4. How does your character feel about the irregular colors? 5. How does your character feel about Warden's Weyr not having the positions of 'Weyrleader' and 'Weyrwoman'? 1.
