Where do the Outlaws live again?
It seems they keep forgetting! Ever since the hatching, Outlaws that leave the cave system have been getting horribly lost when they attempt to return. It doesn't matter how well they know the jungle or the paths, they grow disoriented when they set their mind on returning to the caves.
Some manage after full days of hunting to stumble on it by pure dumb luck, but there's been at least one body found after three days of stumbling about lost and another two outlaws are still missing.
The effect seems to kick in about a mile from the caves, those who stay within that zone are free from any confusion. The Weyrlings, oddly, are almost entirely untouched by it's effects, the adult dragonriders among the outlaws and Wher handlers are effected, but to a lesser extent.
It effects all members of Wardens hunting for the outlaws, though they are, of course, unaware of it.
