The Touching is coming!
However, we're running things a bit differently this time, due mostly to IC circumstances.
For Wardens:
Instead of leading the candidates onto the sands in one large group, L'vey will be leading them in small groups. We'll allow as many as three players in any given group (if they have more than one candidate, they can do them both in one group or in two separate groups).
There a sign up thread here. If you have particular characters you'd like to be in a touching with (arrange this beforehand and get everyone's agreement) post in that thread requesting a touching and naming the players that will be involved.
If you don't have a specific group in mind, we will be posting 'open' touchings, which will be open until three players have joined. Open touchings will start appearing by the 21st.
For Outlaws:
Obviously, there's no official touching at the outlaw camp. There's not even anyone to tell them if the eggs are hard enough or not. They can wander in and poke the eggs when they want.
Touchings for Outlaws will also be done for small groups (up to three players). If you want a touching, simply start a thread in the hatching area with Touching in the title. Indicate it's an open thread, or that it's closed to certain players For example:
[Touching] Poking the Eggs (Open)
[Touching] Poking the Eggs (Joe, Kyle, Dave)
You are welcome to start such threads now, but be aware that egg responses may be delayed until as late as the 21st.
