That is, he wants to meet you. Admittedly, he wants to meet everyone, but that doesn't make your specific character any less important to him. He spends a lot of time in the prison, though he's not a guard. He's the Weyrlingmaster, and, for that matter, the candidatemaster, to whatever extent Warden's can be said to have one.

He's also the man behind the prisoners being allowed to stand in the first place. He knows they're all good at heart!

Excellent. I can set up some threads in the prison, or outside, where they'd likely be doing chores. L'vey tends to wander by an assist. He also eats at the prison mess, sometimes. Any preferences?

Nah, not really, anywhere is fine; Sheraz wanders about a lot, so he could stumble across L'vey anywhere =)

He should probably meet with Gwyn, as I have a sneaking suspicion that it's by his bugging that she ended up getting taken off her Tillek teaching work to then be stuck working at Warden. She would like to, umm... talk to him. Yeah, talk to him, about that.

I can certainly see him putting in repeated requests for a harper who might be willing to deal with the inmates, and especially, the Weyrling inmates. So, yes, he'd probably be the man to blame.
