I am looking for some threads for my characters!
Senar Personality: Timid, currently in shock over the breakout situation and Warden's death. What I'm seeking for him: Anything, really. Someone to question him about Warden's death (since he was in the Warden's office at the time not ten feet away), a mindhealer since he's fairly traumatized about it, another prisoner for general interaction-ness.
Dusky Personality: adventurous liar, suspicious What I'm seeking for her: Some kind of confrontation. Maybe she stepped on someone's toes with her latest story or something else, but I want her to get in trouble somehow. Alternately, she could spin a line for someone.
Yekemi: Personality: cold, vicious bastard. Likes breaking people. What I'm looking for: A fight, either physical or verbal. Yekemi does not get along with people, and has been looking for a chance to make a power-play.
Of course, any requests will be considered as long as the whole thing would be in character. Just reply to this thread if you're interested, please.

>D I have an open thread with T'ron. It's currently in the Weyrling barracks but I can change it to someplace more common if you want to do a thread with me. Also, I've got E'mor, who's a RTS dragonrider. Dunno if you'd want a thread like that.

I'm pretty sure Senar wouldn't be near the Weyrling barracks. Maybe the Recreation Area? I don't know where T'ron would consider safe enough to bring out those records.
E'mor and Dusky are in the same squad, so they have a reason for running into each other. How would E'mor react to Dusky's outlandish ways?

He'd probably chock it up to the fact that she has to cope differently. It's just like him. But then again, he's a great person reader (though I should not abuse this ability and ask if he can read people beforehand) and can often figure out what the person is just by studying their behavior. It's turned away many people... not to mention he's just insanely smart. So, really, I should ask how would Dusky react to E'mor?

She'd be fairly cautious like she usually is, but would easily slip into her story-telling phase if she sees an opening. Would he interrupt her if she says a particularly obvious lie? If he did, she'd get irritated pretty quickly; Dusky does not like being contradicted during storytime.
A lot of it depends on the circumstances, really. For his reading-people thing, I should mention that she'd be a very good liar if she bothered making them believable.

He might not interrupt her with pointing out a lie (unless we'd want to go down that road), but he'd probably interrupt her if he finds something fallacious or a little out of his realm of physical understanding. But we'd never know until it, you know, was roleplayed out~

Sounds like a good idea. Now we just need a reason for why they would be speaking in the first place, since neither of them seem to actively seek out other people. Hm... Well, Dusky's been looking for secret passages and other odd structures within the Weyr; she might well decide that someone as observant as E'mor could help her with that.

G'rus is also in the same randosquad :V He's a generally easygoing guy, but he's also pretty serious about getting the job done. So it might take some doing to rile him, but if you want her general adventuring around/story-spinning to get her into conflict somehow...

You mean like her giving the impression that she doesn't take the whole breakout thing seriously? It'd be kinda hard for her to spin stories on patrol, since the distance between dragons would make it impossible for anyone to hear her. Let's discuss this.

Well, not necessarily on patrol - G'rus is the kind of person who cracks one-liners during a fight to relieve tension, anyway. But yeah, giving the impression that she's goofing off or doesn't take it seriously would probably bother him. Enough for a "dragons have died, shardit" at least.

Maybe H'lak could talk to Senar? He has a soft spot for traumatised people...
