There's not actually a lot to be said here.
The breakout will happen during Iiateth's flight, when the majority of rider's will be distracted and their dragons will not be available to help. In fact, everyone will be distracted to some extent, and there'll be plenty of guards who'll have ducked off with a willing partner instead of paying attention.
Jessan has been stockpiling weapons and a certain number of those in charge of guarding the prison have been corrupted into opening the gates and looking the other way.
The whers will be around, but their ability to chase will be limited by the fact that the sun is due to rise. Flipside is, those whers leaving with the outlaws will need to book it to wher Jessan has arranged shelter. A few NPC greens might be set off by Iiateth's flight as well.
Jessan has arranged a temporary camp for the outlaws deep in the jungle, and any smart criminal will steal a runner and head in that direction. Caves will soon be discovered and made available for their use.
As to setup, we're going to leave this pretty loose. We'll be setting up a subforum, like we did for the beach. A few 'primary' threads will be created for those who want to stay in a group, so to speak. Anyone who wants to pursue a side-plot or one-on-one rp can set up a thread in the same subforum.
Important: On sexual violence. Yes, we're having convicted criminals escape the prison during a time of heightened lust. Yes this might, in reality, lead to lots of sexual violence. However, this is not that kind of forum. Not only can it not be played out here, but it's not a theme we want focused on. Period. Anyone who stops trying to escape to attack someone in that manner will be assumed to have been killed before they could succeed in the attack. Yes. All of them. Period. There is a magical pernese vigilanty going around stabbing escaping rapists when they attempt to commit crimes during the breakout.
That said, anyone who wants their character distracted from the breakout by a consensual encounter, go for it. Just don't RP it here.
