There are a lot of eggs on the sands.
A lot of them.
So many eggs.
Now, admittedly, some of those dragons are earmarked to go NPC or never make it to hatching. But even so!
The hatching is coming in July and we'd like to have as many choices for our babies as possible. So we're holding a little advertising contest. Mostly because we're tired of posting Ads.
This will go through June, at which point we'll give out the prizes.
Rules:
1. Our ad is located in the advertisements subforum. Please use the code appropriate to the site your posting on. Ads with broken code will only count for half their value.
2. Be sure to follow the rules of the place where your advertising.
3. Ads posted where an up-to-date ad is already posted will not count. In other words, if you see an ad posted in May or June, you don't need to post there.
4. Ads at Pern sites are worth two points.
5. Ads at non-pern sites are worth one point.
6. Please post links to your advertisements here and number your links for easy counting.
Bonus:
We will also reward you for recruiting friends. Anyone who joins and begins actively playing (creates a character and posts in RPs, not just hanging around the C-box) and give your name (have them PM us) will get you five points.
First, second and third place winners will be allowed to pick a prize in that order.
Prizes:
1. A striper Glowbug
2. A feline with some minor mutation. (Unusual coloring, size, number of legs)
3. A firelizard with some minor mutation. (Unusual size, number of legs, white)
4. Either three firelizard eggs or three kittens or three glowbugs eggs to distribute and write as you like. (Admins will decide colors and genders as usual).
