Demiari
Name: Demiari
Age: 29
Gender: Female
Prisoner: No
Craft/Rank: Journeyman Harper
Appearance:
Demiari has a pretty little face that is starting to show the first hints of her age. She has a rather typically oval face, with slightly tanned skin that shows a few wrinkles at the corners of her eyes. This doesn't make her look old, but rather gives her an air of perpetual mischief. Even her light brown eyes sparkle with the remembrance of her younger years, and there is something about her that you can't help but smile at. Maybe it's the fact that she always wears a bright smile upon her face? Or maybe it's the face that she hardly ever seems to look angry?
Her lightly colored hair is a mix of browns and golden wheat, giving the over all impression of a mousy brown hue. Demiari will often pull her hair up into a messy up-do, and will hardly ever wear it loose therefore never revealing the full length of her hair. This style of hair arrangement gives her a youthful edge that helps take a few years off her, and helps soften the angular features of her cheek bones that are rather prominent.
She's a respectable 5'1'' when it comes to hight, and is built on the lean yet stocky side when it comes to body shape. There is nothing about her that would suggest that she is an easy push over, and she clearly keeps herself physically fit to be able to cope with the Warden lifestyle.
Personality:
Demiari can be a bit of a big-mouth when it comes to gossip and secrets. Heck she can't even keep her big mouth shut even if her life depended on it, and will often allow herself to say something before even thinking of the full consequences of what she has just said. She even has a manner of speaking in a loud enough tone that a whole room can hear what she has to say, and it may be a common occurrence for people around her to complain of headaches. She may come across as rude and obnoxious to some people, but in her eyes she's just doing the Weyr a service by making sure that everyone knows that so-and-so is sleeping with whats-their-face.
It would come as no surprise to people that she can be rather nosy, and will often poke her nose into places it doesn't belong! In fact it may come as a common realization that where there is drama in the weyr Demiari will surely follow, and in some cases she may even actively pry into other peoples live's just to be the first person to 'dish the dirt' so to speak. She's one of those women whom you love to hate, and yet ma ineffably seek out to find out just what your rival is getting up to!
She's an eccentric kind of woman whom often deviates from the norm, and pretty much does things her own way. Well unless she's under direct orders from those higher up then her, in which case she'll make an attempt to follow orders as best she can, and even then she tends to add her own flair to the task that she has been given. Demiari may see herself as a genius, and some of her 'inventions' may even seem to be ingenious, but it's hardly ever the case when it comes to putting her ideas to the test - as generally speaking she's the kind of eccentric person that makes things that are doomed to fail right from the start.
History:
Demiari's history is pretty much normal, well considering the fact that her mother was pretty much a single mother. Where was her father? He was around, but he might as well not have been seeing as he was, and still is a dust addict whom was always high and never helped out around the house. Many time's her mother would kick him out of the house, promising to not let him back until he kicked his habit, only to let him return after a few weeks as she felt alone and unable to cope with caring for her daughter without the support of her husband. Demiari learned to keep away from the man as she grew, as she found his dust induced stupor to be leaning on the disturbing side, and in time she found herself finding her father's hidden stashes of dust - so she did the only thing that seemed right to her - she ratted out her father constantly in the hopes her mother would kick the man out for good, but this never happened and her mother would always forgive the man.
Despite this her life was a happy one. Her mother was always spoiling her with treats in attempts to make her 'forgive' her whenever she allowed her husband back into the home, and she was well cared for by the woman. Demiari however would forever delight in the day when she was finally allowed to go to the harper hall, by that time she'd grown bored of her mother constantly forgiving her father, and her relationship with the man was only growing worse each time she ratted him out. Away from home she found herself flourishing in her new surroundings, but for the life of her she couldn't give up her habit of seeking out 'information' on her peers and became something of a go-to person when it came to gossip. Demiari found her self hated and loathed in equal measures, and was always having to report to her elders whenever her gossip upset her peers.
It was that same behavior that put her name on the list of 'candidates' to be sent with a transfer clutch to Warden's weyr. There was no fighting the order to go, and she found herself part of the tapestry of warden weyr ... and even impressed when the time came for the clutch of transfer eggs to hatch.

Mhoranuth
Name: Mhoranuth (Mo-RAH-nooth)
Color: Blue
Age: 1.5 Turns
Appearance:
Mhoranuth's rockstar attitude probably started with his hide; the boy is a brilliant teal color, easily seen even when high in the skies. He has long legs and a whip-like tail, his body and neck streamlined and smooth. Each claw is a rich cobalt blue, a color matching the multitude of 'freckles' decorating over the dragonstwo upper arms and his winters, an almost-black triangular mask covering his face. Mhoranuth is a striking boy, and does he ever know it.
Personality:
Overly confident and domineering, Mhoranuth thinks he is a Bronze. In fact, if he had such a sheen to him, the entire world would be in for a ride, but since he is that pretty teal blue, it is Warden's that is his territory. Mhoranuth is a handsome creature, he knows it, and surely you do too! If dragons could strut, that would be his constant pace, and the blue does nothing without his head held high, like any proud beastie. He is king!
Fortunately for pretty much everyone, Mhoranuth thinking that he is the best of everything doesn't mean he goes around treating others as if they were below him - so far from the truth! Like His, Mhoranuth does his best to know everything, trying to get into other peoples business. As a dragon, many people say things around him they may think he'll forget - and maybe they're right. Maybe Mhoranuth will forget what it is they are saying, exactly. But when Mhoranuth tells himself 'I need to tell Demimine this...', he'll remember, and rest assured Demi will find out about it.
That said, he is not the brightest blue in the world, but he is far from stupid. Mhoranuth is good at observing, and is a motormouth gossip to His when the need calls for it. He is quite sure that everything he sees is of the upmost important and that yes, of course, His needs to know! Amongst other dragons, Mhoranuth is more than happy to take over the conversation, pointing out what it is he sees and how it maybe could be corrected.
Mhoranuth Chases as often as possible, mainly because he is The Man and, of course, women would be more than pleased to meet him. He uses his keen People Watching abilities to make notes and start garnering the females affections by doting on her when they start to show signs of being proddy.
Why me?
These two are peas in a pod: Mhonaruth is her little informant, and he's cheerful enough to try and smooth over any dislike Demi may incur with her gossips. He is outgoing and forward enough to drag her into a crowd, and in turn Demi will offer Mhonaruth an ear in which to whisper and a mature woman to dote on. He adores how eclectic she is, and will listen to all of her loudness with a happy ear.
