Time Between Dragon Hatching & Wher Clutch?

I'm working on a Wher Candidate, because Lithle's very, very gentle proddings have worked.

I just need to know how long it was between the last Hatching, and the point where people could be... asked? to be Wher Candidates.

Would it be enough time for the fact that Prisoners Impressed to get around to the other Weyrs, and for someone to transfer from some other Weyr to Warden?

Quick phone typed answer: News of the prisonersimpressing spread all but instantly. It was a weird haching and outside riders were about. There'd be eough time for someone to transfer between the hatchings. At least a couple weeks but they'd just be settling in. Just so long as they were ready to work and didn't come just to stand for the whers.
