Weyrlingmaster Assistants Available: 1/2 IC Job Description: Weyrlingmaster Assistants are responsible for assisting the Weyrlingmaster during lessons. Their duties can range from simply checking to see that weyrlings are following procedure correctly to actually teaching some of the classes. They may also tutor weyrlings who are struggling during lessons. OOC Job Description: Weyrlingmaster Assistants will be responsible for coming up with lesson ideas and for helping to keep the weyrlings active. Offering one-on-one RP sessions for people who want their characters 'tutored' will also be expected. Things to consider before apping: We're looking for someone responsible, who would be interested in a promotion to Weyrlingmaster. If you're not ready to be active, this won't be a good fit. If you app for this position, expect us to want to talk to you over AIM or PM about what sort of ideas you have for making lessons fun.

Wherleader Available: 0/1 IC Job Description: The Wherleader is the person in charge of the Whers at Warden's. They reports to the Warden and the Warden alone. The Wherleader is responsible for setting up patrol rosters, scheduling patrols, and disciplining Wher handlers when necessary. OOC Job Description: The Wherleader will be integral to plots and RPs. They'll be expected to be available to wher handler players who want to further plots, and to participate in, and contribute to, the overall plot at Warden's. Things to consider before apping:We're looking for someone who loves Whers. Frankly, neither of us are particularly well-versed in Pern's wher lore, and we want someone who is. This job could very well evolve into being responsible for deciding clutch details and Run schedules. So, it's a lot of potential OOC responsibility.

Squadleaders Available: 3/6 IC Responsibilities: Squadleaders are in command of a group of five dragons, including their own. This number may increase as Warden's Weyr grows. They run aerial patrols, both day and night, to ensure that no prisoners escape. The schedule expected is a grueling one, and squadleaders are responsible for keeping their squad members in line with it. They're also responsible for keeping them trained. Any injuries to their riders, or escaped prisoners on their watch are considered their responsibility. They report to the Warden. OOC Responsibilities: Relatively light RP duties, though if you'd like to try and run training exercises or actual patrols, you're welcome to. We'd like you to be available for squad members who want to RP with their squadleader. There will be plots in the future that involve the squads rather heavily, your activity in these may be crucial to keeping things running smoothly.

Drug Lord Available: 0/1 IC Job Description: Here at Warden's Weyr, there are a lot of recovered Dusters. A lot, whether or not they still crave the drug on a daily basis or would just do it again if they have a chance - either way, there are quite a few who would like to get their grubby little paws on some more of the drug. ICly, this drug lord would be the main supplier/seller of Dust to the inmates and/or guards of the prison, working on the down-low and without the Warden's knowledge. OOC Job Description: Roleplay. As Drug Lord, any Dust dealers will be under your watch (or face the consequences) and then there are the initial prisoners to deal with. This character will be in charge of all the Dust going in to the prison. So - roleplay and the ability to role-play a double life. Ooh-la-la. Things to consider before applying: This character will need to have a valid reason for being at Warden's. We believe the most convenient way would be through a craft, Healercraft in particular. This isn't mandatory, of course, as we are mainly looking for a person and character to help keep with the tone and plausibility of being at Warden's and without being under such a tight watch. A guard has limited opportunities to get around the Weyr with their constant duties and steady posts so a crafter would really be the best way. Also, this character may become very important to the plot of the Weyr. Nozomi and lithle are always open to changes in the 'master plan' so to speak and so if this evolves to something more than dealing (fingers crossed!), the player will have to realize that the drug lord may become an important plot character. (Aka if you dislike chatting with lithle and Noz, chances are applying is a bad idea) Added note: Dust is quite a bit more expensive than it outside of the prison, although this particular strand is probably circulating outside of the walls as well. It's very difficult to get a hold of.
