Tiael was surprised that Romethia didn't stutter about the question, or seem that unsure. She seemed to know her own minds and tastes, quite a feat for someone who had been on Dust. She really seemed to have come out of that part of her life unscathed. Well, outwardly anyway. Perhaps inwardly there was simply more she didn't let on. Still, Tiael said nothing, merely listened and nodded thoughtfully afterward.
She really did want to get the room finished, and she rinsed the rag and cleaned a bit more, finally getting to the last part of the restraint. There was the bed and floor to do but at least there was progress in the cleaning.
"Well, it can help not to be picky, or even not to put yourself into just one taste." Realising she wasn't articulating herself well, Tiael sighed irritably, she hated when she couldn't sort her thoughts properly. Finishing the restraint hurriedly, she let it fall against the bed and sighed. "What I mean is, you know you like aspects of both and you don't tie yourself down to just one because you feel like you should, one way or another. Seems like you listen to your own mind pretty well." She said firmly, a little more pleased with that explanation.
She wondered, just how naive Romethia was, whether she was easily led. She talked about things openly, but was she the type to be persuaded? It was a little hard to tell. She might be fiery, if people tried to push her. She'd been pushed before, it was reasonable to imagine she might not take it well now. However she was cheerful, un-judging, did that make her easy to fool? Only time would tell she supposed, but if she could get her on side, then perhaps it would be helpful in the long run. Plus the woman was, well, normal. Always a big plus.
"Shall we get the sheets changed?" Tiael asked, wandering to the door and scooping up the soft fabric. Really, she had to find a way to get some for her cell. Somehow. They were so comfy. Carefully, she turned back and fixed her politely curious face back into place.
